Kathryn Alves, LMFT
Clinical Program Manager

Kathryn is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience working with at-risk youth and their families in a variety of therapeutic settings. As the Clinical Program Manager for the Trauma Informed Care Preschool (TIC) at CRH, Kathryn brings creativity and passion to program management and development as well as to staff and the youth and families we serve.Kathryn acquired her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Somatic Psychology and has a strong background in experiential learning and trauma-informed care.

Kathryn spent a year in Southeast Alaska working with at-risk Native Alaskan youth in a wilderness setting, supporting them in facing personal challenges, building confidence and identifying practical skills for success. Kathryn also worked for several years as a community-based therapist, working collaboratively with youth, families, and community partners in achieving individual goals and improving their overall quality of life.
