Our Approach

Our wellness and recovery approach focuses on advocacy and empowerment of clients and their families. Our program is designed to stabilize youth and families who are in psychological crisis in the shortest possible time. We utilize evidence based approaches including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist youth and families in their acquisition of skills which will enable them to improve their health, build and sustain a support network, and thrive.
