New Year, New Beginnings
2021 is beginning with hope, healing, and many helping hands.

The Children’s Receiving Home of Sacramento (CRH) is proud to announce that SMUD has chosen us as a Sustainable Communities partner this year!

SMUD’s unique program helps bring environmental equity and economic vitality to all communities in their service area, with special attention given to historically underserved neighborhoods. With an emphasis in community education, safety, and prosperity, we’re confident this collaboration will bring excellent opportunities to our CRH kids.

Stopping the Spread

Sacramento County Public Health recently identified all CRH Staff members as eligible for the COVID-19 vaccination under Phase 1a, Tier 2. As early as Monday morning, several of our team members lined up for their first dose of the vaccine!

As an organization, we are very thankful to offer this opportunity to our team members and for the chance to help our community take one step closer to combating this virus. ❤️

Cards for Kids

As coronavirus precautions limit the donations we are able to safely accept, we’re asking our community members for gift card contributions. All gift cards will be accepted this year, and our kids especially love shopping at Walmart, Target, the 99 Cents store, 5 Below, Big 5, Michael’s, Jo-Ann Fabrics. Their favorite dining spots include In-N-Out, Popeyes, Pizza Hut, Chipotle and Pinkberry frozen yogurt.

If you have a gift card you wish to donate, please mail your gift or stop by our Home at 3555 Auburn Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95821 Monday through Friday between 8:30am-4:30pm.

To receive occasional updates please text the code CRH to 51555 from your mobile device.
