Recognizing the important connection between a healthy diet and a youth’s ability to learn and achieve, CRH has implemented an active Nutrition Program which includes nutritional education, nutritional menu choices and a campus garden. CRH nutrition program is based off of national nutritional guidelines for all school aged Children.

Recently with the addition of a Cordon Bleu chef the CRH menu was revised to include a wide variety of appetizing and nutritious meals. Using fresh ingredients and avoiding prepackaged foods, nutritious meals are served that meet  requirements for all major food groups. The CRH new menu includes a fresh salad bar with lunch and dinner. The menu also has changed to reflect the diversity we have on the CRH campus. Ethnic foods are being introduced and food is also used to celebrate holidays from different cultures, keeping dinner time fun and educational.
