Satisfaction Survey Results

Of the completed surveys for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2016-2017:

50% of the youth were satisfied with the services that they received

51% stated that they felt more stabilized than when they came to CRH

66% of the youth stated that their social connections had improved

56% of youth felt that staff at CRH were culturally sensitive

59% of youth felt services were available at convenient times

50% of youth indicated an overall satisfaction with the services provided at CRH
