Treatment Supervisor
Full-Time Position Available

The Children’s Receiving Home of Sacramento is committed to positively impacting the lives of children, youth, and families affected by abuse, neglect, behavioral health issues, and trauma in California.

Position Summary:

We are looking for one energetic Full-Time Treatment Supervisor for our Residential Program.

The Treatment Supervisor provides direct, on-site supervision of and support to designated paraprofessionals in the residential programs.

The Treatment Supervisor is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Supervising, coaching, motivating, and evaluating the work of assigned staff.
  • Performing a variety of quality improvement activities in support of assigned area of responsibility.
  • Supervising, coordinating and monitoring all program components to ensure adherence to Children’s Receiving Home policies and procedures, Title 22, Department of Social Services Licensing Regulations and budget compliance.
  • Working collaboratively with CRH clinical staff and others and assists in the development and implementation of client plans by performing the following duties.
  • Providing case management duties for clients in program.


  • Master’s Degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of two years experience working in a residential, mental health, day treatment or related social services setting required.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
