Residential Counselor – Transportation
Full Time Shifts Available


Position Summary:

We are currently accepting applications for full-time Transportation Residential Counselors.

The Monday – Friday shifts are:

  • 10am- 6pm
  • 11am-7pm

Monday – Friday Split shifts -

  • 7am-12pm & 1pm-4pm
  • 8am-1pm & 2pm-5pm

Shift times may be varied depending on the transportation needs, so we are looking for individuals that can be flexible with these shifts.

The Transportation Residential Counselor is responsible for ensuring the safety of the clients and providing supervision while children are being transported. The Transportation Residential Counselor is also responsible for coordinating the daily schedule, ensuring that the vehicle assigned is free from debris, maintaining vehicle upkeep, and operating all agency vehicles in a safe and responsible manner. The Transportation Residential Counselor will drive our clients to and from school, doctor appointments, court hearings, and other destinations as assigned. When not in the role of driving, they will be responsible for the daily care and supervision of agency clients and living conditions.


  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.

  • Previous experience transporting groups of children is preferred.

  • Any experience working with traumatized or at-risk youth is preferred.
