Pre-School Services
During the children's stay at CRH, our 2 to 3 year olds participate in our Enrichment
Program. This program offers pre-school children an opportunity to experience an
early environment in preparation to attend a pre-school when released. It focuses
on building gross and fine motor skills, socialization and dramatic play.
Children that are between the ages of 4 and 5 participate in the Enrichment Program
as well, with the emphasis being on preparation for kindergarten. These classes
involve concentration on letter recognition, beginning letter sounds, numbers, gross
and fine motor skills, and dramatic play. Our goal is for these children to be ready
for their next educational experience without disruption.
