Overview
The overall program consists of several smaller programs working in conjunction
to ensure that the urgent and immediate needs of the children we serve are met.
The Residential Program, Assessment Center, Early Childhood Program, Mental Health
Program, Social Work Department, Medical Department, Valley Oaks School, Intake
Department, Volunteer Program, and Visitation Program all play a critical role in
the operation of the overall program.
Of all the charities out there, CRH is
the most worthwhile. It serves the community in a unique way that just can't be
duplicated.

When children are brought to the Home they are frightened and upset because their
world has been turned upside down. But soon they show a smile because they're welcomed
with a personal tote full of clothing, personal hygiene products and toys, good
food and a safe, warm bed to sleep in. Children also receive a physical, dental
and visual exam. And most importantly, they are shown respect and listened to.
With understanding counselors, accredited teachers and other children going through
similar ordeals, children soon discover that they're surrounded with a healing network
of friends.
